Cancellation Policy
At Beauty Concept, we are honored to be part of your self-care. Your time with us is reserved just for you, so please let us know if your plans change.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 30% service fee.
Missed Appointments
• If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
• After two missed appointments, we may require prepayment to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
• If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule. In this case, a 30% fee may apply.
Service Adjustment
If you decide during your appointment to skip part of your service, we completely understand.
• A minimum 30% fee will apply to cover the time and preparation reserved for you.
• Whenever possible, we’ll gladly adjust your service or suggest an alternative treatment within your appointment time.
• For future visits, letting us know in advance about any changes helps us prepare the best experience for you.
